What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I care for my Rails signature rayon shirts?
To maintain the quality of our signature fabrics, we recommend dry cleaning or hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. Avoid using a tumble dryer to prevent shrinkage.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we have a very limited window to make changes. Please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.
